My name is Daniel J Groth.

Ever since I was young I have been passionate about drawing and art. It’s this passion that has helped me to become the designer I am today. Originally I was attracted to architecture because of the design and 3D elements related to that field. However, my preferred style of design has led me down a more artistic route.

I am a recent graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg. While there I was taught to fine-tune and hone my skills as a designer. This has led me to become an artist with a wide range of specialties that include: branding, typography, package design as well as layout design. I love to design and incorporate new technologies to do so is part of the joy I get from learning newer and better ways to achieve my goals. I love what I do so in the end it never really feels like work to me!

Being a team player is also very important to me. My favorite sport, baseball, has taught me just how important this is and helped me to achieve many goals. I also have a love for the great outdoors and any activity that involves me experiencing nature is a source of inspiration. I am also fond of the great indoors and spending quality time with my family is also very high on my priority list.

Learning new things has always excited me and recently I have picked up welding and I am currently learning more about 3D modeling. Building things with my bare hands is something I do as much as I can. Working in the garage with cars or motorcycles is a place that I can express myself. I love getting my hands dirty whenever I get the chance. Last but not least there are my two dogs.  One is a Boxer and the other is a Saint Bernard, and no…his name is not Beethoven.
